
Dr. Carol Larter Johnson is an Optometrist at Northwest Eye, specializing in contact lenses and the treatment of eye disease in addition to practicing general optometry. She brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to Northwest Eye and has been an active member of Northwest Eye’s respected team of doctors for 7 years.
After beginning her undergraduate education at the University of North Dakota, Dr. Johnson earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR.
Dr. Johnson is married and the proud mother of two children. She enjoys swimming, singing and playing the piano. She was inspired to pursue a career in optometry when her grandfather became blinded by glaucoma.
Dr. Johnson most appreciates Northwest Eye’s ability to address the eye health and care needs of people of all ages, with all types of eye conditions. Being able to serve patients with the highest caliber of eye care available is a truly rewarding experience for her.
